• Customers will be provided with a tracking number for their shipment.
• Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for spillage of the bottle of perfume or receipt of the wrong order.
• To process a return, a compulsory opening video is required.
• Customers should contact us at 8850942466 or email order@ledomur.com to initiate the return process.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
